Individual Volunteers

Company & Group Volunteers
- Sponsor a cleanup day with your staff

Volunteer Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement
To participate in the Pick It Up – Las Vegas community trash cleanup event, all volunteers must review, complete, and sign the Volunteer Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement. This form outlines the potential risks involved, such as exposure to hazardous materials, physical injuries, and environmental conditions, and confirms your agreement to release Pick It Up – Las Vegas from any liability. It also grants permission for emergency medical treatment if needed and allows for the use of your image in promotional materials. Once you’ve filled out and signed the form, please email it to pickituplv@gmail.com to confirm your participation. Also, please attach photo ID in email. We appreciate your commitment to helping keep Las Vegas clean—your time and effort make a real difference!
